I, Gilberto Lara, better known as “Hilly Boo,” owner of Freedom Tours Fishing Unlimited, invite you to come to La Isla Bonita, Ambergris Caye. Here you will be able to enjoy some of the best world class fishing available.
Born and raised here on the island, our experienced guides will be able to take you on our fully-equipped boats to enjoy a fun-filled day of fishing or any other water activity.
We proudly boast three fully-equipped and comfortable boats for your use. We have a new 38 foot sports-fishing tournament championship boat, 32-foot championship boat, a 30-foot open skiff with canopy and live well for reef fishing, picnic trips or any charter of your choice, and a 23-foot flat fishing boat also with a canopy and live well.
Ride on board our brand new 38-foot tournament championship boat, or the “Freedom,” our 32-foot boat. They are fully equipped with a cabin, a “head” fighting chair, outriggers and down riggers. We can troll up to seven (7) lines at the same time, and we mainly go for billfish (Blue Marlin, White Marlin, Sailfish), Wahoo, Dolphin-fish, Tuna, King Mackerel and Black Grouper.
Because of the closeness of the reef and fishing waters, within a matter of minutes after leaving the dock, we'll be fishing in 600 to 2,000 feet of water, where you will be able to try your luck at the end of the rod and reel to catch your fish of a lifetime!
